Install the tray app
Run the Windows tray app, sign in with the same email you’ll use in Grok Bot, and leave it running.
Windows tray app + MCP connector
Share the folders you approve. Grok Token Saver prepares short, approved extracts of your PDFs, docs, and spreadsheets so Grok Bot can work from less context — without uploading whole files.
Windows 10/11 only for now. Design partners get free access. Media Thinner for local audio/video is coming next.
Three steps. Heavy work stays on the PC. The bot gets only what you approved.
Run the Windows tray app, sign in with the same email you’ll use in Grok Bot, and leave it running.
Pick normal document folders. Approve once or always for that folder. Secrets like .env files are skipped.
Through the connector, the bot can ask for PDF outlines/pages, changed spreadsheet rows, shared memory facts, and cached answers.
Raw files, documents, inboxes, and full memory stay on your PC.
We do not claim percentage token savings. The in-app counter is a rough character estimate only.
Everything below ships with Early Access and design-partner access today.
Share folders from the tray. Approve each sync, or choose Always for that folder.
PDFs and docs become short approved extracts the connector can return to Grok Bot.
Ask for changed spreadsheet rows instead of re-reading the whole sheet.
See a rough estimate of tokens avoided. Useful for feedback — not a measured percentage.
Hosted MCP with OAuth. Pair with the same email as the tray. No API key.
Optionally share individual memory facts and previously approved answers.
Includes current Token Saver features plus all updates through December 2026.
After December 2026, new major modules (Media Thinner, SEO tools, Marketing tools, IT auto-fix, and others) will be part of an optional low monthly subscription. Early buyers keep everything they already have and can choose to subscribe later for new modules. We never promise free updates forever.
To buy Early Access: install the app, sign in, then choose Upgrade in the tray. Checkout starts inside the app after sign-in — there is no separate web checkout page.
We’re looking for about 10 Windows design partners for a ~2-week alpha. Partners get free access in exchange for install notes and short feedback.
Email support@tokensaverhq.com with subject Alpha. Answer the five questions below (yes / short answers are fine).
We monitor support hourly and draft replies for review — nothing is auto-sent. Accepted partners get a signed installer and a short partner guide.
Short answers to the questions we get first.
Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit) only for now. Mac and Linux are not supported in this alpha.
Raw files, full documents, inboxes, and full memory stay on the PC. After you approve a share, a slim extract (or a memory fact / cached answer you marked shared) can leave. Sign-in sends the email you type. Approved hosted copies expire after at most 7 days.
Install the Windows tray app, sign in, then choose Upgrade. Checkout starts inside the app after sign-in. There is no separate web checkout URL.

No. We will not make percentage-savings claims until we have real alpha data. The in-app counter is a rough character estimate only.
A coming module for local audio/video transcription. Raw media never leaves the PC. It is not part of the current Early Access feature set as a shipping module today.
